3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Bookings & Reservations

• Bookings are subject to lounge availability and confirmation
• Lounge owners may reject bookings at their discretion
• Cancellation policies vary by lounge
• MyShiSpot is not responsible for lounge cancellations

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Flash Nights

Flash Night offers are time-limited promotions created by lounge owners. MyShiSpot does not guarantee the availability or validity of any offer. Claimed offers must be redeemed within the specified time window.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass or abuse other users or lounge owners
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Create fake bookings or reviews

8. Reviews & Content

By submitting reviews, you grant MyShiSpot a non-exclusive license to display your content. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines.

9. Lounge Owner Responsibilities

• Owners must provide accurate lounge information
• Owners are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings
• Owners must comply with local laws and regulations
• MyShiSpot may suspend lounges that violate these terms

10. Limitation of Liability

MyShiSpot is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the actions of lounge owners or customers. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid to us.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
